Back in mid-September, I started to get back into the writing habit after over a year of not writing much fiction at all. I'm paying more attention to open calls, and I've actually been asked to sub to a couple of "invitation-only" anthologies as well. I think it is absolutely time to state some broad writing goals for this year.  I’ve been in a bit of a slump writing-wise since before the holidays, but am slowly coming out of it.

I joined getyourwordsout and pledged 200k for the year.  So that means I've made a resolution to write more in 2009, with the goal of finishing "Ambergrin Hall" (the mystery-thriller) and the 2008 NaNo book, "Christmas Ghosts," and try to write more fiction for STAPA and finish up a few of my lingering short stories.
